The stand is sturdy and useful for sitting or standing. When I used to sit and type on my laptop for long periods, my neck would ache. With this stand, I do not have my neck and head in uncomfortable positions. Additionally, standing with my laptop is easier with this stand. The only thing I wish were different is that there were a place to use the mouse connected to the stand. It’s not a huge deal, but that is the only thing I think would make this stand even more comfortable.
