As the bestselling author of 19 books I do a lot of podcasting and video interviews which necessitates a higher end setup than comes with my laptop. I've been using a Logitech camera with separate audio and lighting to assure good quality and when that died searched for a high end camera that did not come with a built-in mic. I assumed, based on the product description that this would do the trick, but sadly it does not work at all. The USB cord is extremely short too, which makes me wonder how useable it would be if it did actually work.
