Muy buena. Un poco pequeña y la devolví pero el servicio al cliente fue excelenteI have had this chair for a couple of years and would not buy it again. The cushioning breaks down rather quickly causing my tail bone to hurt. The vinyl is VERY thin and started cracking within the first year, and the seems are now starting to pull out.It was uncomfortable enough that I had to buy a seat, back, and arm cushions to make it bearable. Lastly, the height cylinder doesn't hold and over the course of about 2 hours the chair bottoms out. Slow enough that I don't realize it until I am hurting from the angle.In short, the best thing about this chair is the price. If you need something cheap for a year or so it should be fine. If you want something long term go higher up in price and avoid anything labeled "gaming chair".I have never paid more than $100 for an office chair. After trying this chair out, I'm inclined to go ahead and spend $500 on its replacement after Christmas and give this to one of my children who won't have the same issues.Overall, the chair is OK, but it seems to be smaller in every dimension by a few inches than what I expected. Perhaps I confused this product with a different one, but I am only about 5'8" and the neck pillow rests at my shoulders when attached through the holes as depicted. It also hangs loose when attached in that manner. When attached to the tapered head rest area, it is located in the correct position.The back pillow is stiff and has me either arching my back to make it work, or I'm pushed too far toward the front of the seat. Again, I'm only about 5'8". The chair is much more comfortable for me without the pillow.The USB vibrator works ok - but I thought I ordered the wireless chair! I guess I can always put my USB travel charger to use while at the house, if I ever need to vibrate my back a little using an electric motor with a 5g offset shaft weight.The armrests are generally a non-issue for me. I don't even use them anyway. The touch surfaces have a pretty nice texture and are dished, but they're hard plastic and overall they feel really cheap - especially when you curl your fingers under them. I guess they were good enough to make a good photo. Others may be interested in knowing that they are 100% fully unadjustable. Actually, there are two positions - installed and uninstalled. I'll just keep them installed.Although I'm a pretty big guy, the width of the seat is actually fine in the normal seating position. Ideally it would be wider by 2 or 3 inches, but the leg bolsters (?) don't bother me. Where it fails is when I fidget and cross a leg, which is often. I guess the armrests come in handy here.The final issue is with the padding. Yes, I know it's only a $100 chair, but the frame is easily felt through the thin padding. This isn't an issue, really, while sitting normally. The frame in the leg bolsters it very present when I have a leg crossed, and I am concerned about longevity there - these seem like obvious wear points for the fabric that will wear faster given how I like to sit.It's certainly better than nothing. It looks pretty good, too - but I can't see it when I'm sitting in it, so what good does that do?Update: 2nd day, sitting was mildly painful where the bar in the leg bolsters dig into my thighs. It was not uncomfortable the first day at all, but apparently my body is unhappy. I will likely replace the chair very soon.Don't get it.... the chair will not stay at the height you choose. It will keep sinking down. This is the most uncomfortable chair I have ever bought for my office at home.I was hesitant to buy this chair but now that I am it some position is uncomfortable but work like a charm but one sad thing but it not really an issue the cover for the metal thing on the side came broken but everything else was in perfect condition10/10I work in call center. Sit down 10 to 12 hrs day. I love comfy of chair and it massages tooI am using this chair as an office chair so rating it as a game chair I cannot do. I really love the support it gives your back. I was having a lot of back pains and I thought it could be my old chair so I bought this one.Pains in back are going away. Seems to be real sturdy but the wheels/coasters are not smooth roll. I am concerned that these rollers will bust or crack. But I am overall pleased with the support and comfort it gives so I will wait and see if the rollers will last.
